About the event
10 day India Intensive: 5 days immersive yoga practice and 5 day Himalayan Trek, offered in collaboration with Adishesh Yoga and Siddhant School of Yoga, split into two distinct parts. Part 1 we will be in Rishikesh practicing yoga following a structured timetable. Please see the brochure for further information. Part 2 we will be practicing yoga in the mornings prior to embarking on treks in the Himalayan mountains.
This India Intensive is designed in 2 parts, ideally the group share the whole journey. However, if you're a yoga practitioner that doesn't trek you are welcome to join for part 1. You can also join for part 2 if you do not have a practice but are keen to experience the trekking.
