About the event
10 day India Intensive: Five days of yoga and five day Himalayan Trek, offered in collaboration with Adishesh Yoga and Siddhant School of Yoga, split into two distinct parts. Part 1 we will be in Rishikesh practicing yoga following a structured timetable. Please see the brochure for further information. Part 2 we will be practicing yoga in the mornings prior to embarking on treks in the Himalayan mountains.
This India Intensive is designed in two parts, ideally the group share the whole journey. However, if you're a yoga practitioner that doesn't trek you are welcome to join for part 1. You can also join for part 2 if you do not have a practice but are keen to experience the trekking.
The yoga intensive is for you if you are a serious practitioner with a regular dedicated practice (we suggest a minimum of two years) which you want to take deeper.…
